This brand name, inspired by the IQ (intelligence quotient) contained in the smart textile, works globally. Whether in D-A-CH-areas or in the international, english-speaking areas – the pronunciation is easy and uncomplicated. The combination of the three letters may appear at first glance unimaginative, but the connection of the Q (intelligence) and the US (stands for “us” in english) fits perfectly together. The Logo design is both angular and rounded, has a block-like finish and is easily read. A fresh look is achieved by the change of the Q’s spelling, creating a clear design and an aesthetic vision. Also, the centrally positioned tail (the Q’s vertical stroke) conveys the appearance of a power switch, which is a symbol of the technical component of the brand. The logo’s look is neither too masculine nor too strongly feminine, so it works as unisex.
